Healthcare Services Contract Monitoring Bureau

The Healthcare Services Contract Monitoring Bureau (MSCMB) was established to follow the medical care and treatment of their patient population after the privatization of health services began on July 1, 2012.

The MSCMB partners with the State of Arizona’s contracted health services providers to ensure that quality health care initiatives are consistently maintained. The Bureau also ensures that the ADCRR’s health services providers comply with all aspects of their contract. This provision of care includes medical, mental health, and dental services. These services are provided in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; the American Correctional Association; the National Commission on Correctional Health Care; and ADCRR policies and procedures.

If you wish to contact the Healthcare Services Contract Monitoring Bureau, please call (602) 255-2470.  The fax number is (602) 364-2958.
