Anna Black, ADCRR Chief of Staff, has been serving in the public sector for nearly 15 years, in close collaboration with elected and appointed officials. A tenured government relations strategist, Ms. Black's career is focused on improvements to the criminal justice, correctional, and behavioral health care systems at the program, practice and policy level. She has vast strategy and communications experience, and is highly successful working behind the scenes to problem solve, motivate, and encourage forward momentum of the mission, vision, and priorities of ADCRR. Ms. Black previously served as the ADCRR's Chief of Government Affairs, coming to Arizona after 8 years with the Maine Department of Corrections where she most recently served as the Director of Government Affairs.
