Monsoon Season

Monsoon season is here and we wish to assure you that in the event of any utility failures due to a monsoon, ADCRR will work to immediately address any storm related issues.  We take living conditions at all of our complexes very seriously and work in a proactive, timely manner to fix any utility failures. H-VAC systems are regularly checked and serviced at all of our complex units.  In the event of an H-VAC failure, fans and portable coolers are immediately provided in the affected housing units until the issue is addressed.
