Inmate Death Notification – Vincent Near

PHOENIX (Saturday, July 1, 2023) – Inmate Vincent Near, 65, ADCRR #093455, died on July 1, 2023 at ASPC-Phoenix.

Inmate Near was admitted to ADCRR custody in 1992 after he was sentenced out of Pima County for First Degree Murder and Child/Adult Abuse.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Phoenix.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
