PHOENIX (Saturday, October 5, 2024) – Inmate Thomas Bowden, 44, ADCRR #347615, died on October 5, 2024 at ASPC-Phoenix.

Inmate Bowden was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2021 after he was sentenced out of Pinal County for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Phoenix.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
