Inmate Death Notification – Theo Lofgreen

TUCSON (Thursday, September 14, 2023) – Inmate Theo Lofgreen, 75, ADCRR #065788, died on September 14, 2023 at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Inmate Lofgreen was most recently admitted to ADCRR custody in 2016 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Attempt to Commit Sexual Abuse.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Tucson.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
