Inmate Death Notification – Modesto Jimenez

PHOENIX (Wednesday, March 20, 2024) – Modesto Jimenez, 46, ADCRR #352943, died on March 20, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.

Inmate Jimenez was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2022 after he was sentenced out of Pima County for Attempt to Commit Molestation of a Child, and Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Phoenix.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
