Inmate Death Notification – Michael Madrid

DOUGLAS (March 11, 2025) – Inmate Michael Madrid, 61, ADCRR #185758, died on March 11, 2025, at Banner University Medical Center-Tucson.

Inmate Madrid was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2022 after being sentenced out of Maricopa County for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Douglas.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
