PHOENIX (Sunday, November 26, 2023) – Inmate Mark Garcia, 64, ADCRR #039837, died on November 26, 2023 at ASPC-Phoenix.

Inmate Garcia was admitted to ADCRR custody in 1985 after he was sentenced out of Coconino County for First Degree Burglary, Kidnapping, and Sexual Assault.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Phoenix.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
