Inmate Death Notification – John Swearingen

PHOENIX (February 22, 2025) – Inmate John Swearingen, 72, ADCRR #031382, died on February 22, 2025, at ASPC-Phoenix.

Inmate Swearingen was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2017 after being sentenced out of Pima County for Child or Vulnerable Adult Abuse; Sexual Abuse; and Sexual Assault.

HIs assigned housing location was ASPC-Phoenix.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
