Inmate Death Notification – John Jolicoeur

PHOENIX (Monday, January 22, 2024) – Inmate John Jolicoeur, 55, ADCRR #067133, died on January 22, 2024 at Valleywise Health Medical Center.

Inmate Jolicoeur was admitted to ADCRR custody in 1994 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Armed Robbery, First Degree Burglary, Kidnapping, Theft, and Misconduct Involving Weapons. 

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Phoenix.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
