Inmate Death Notification – James Thompson

FLORENCE (Wednesday, June 7, 2023) – Inmate James Thompson, 82, ADCRR #180161, died on June 7, 2023 at Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix.

Inmate Thompson was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2003 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Molestation of a Child, Sexual Conduct with a Minor, and Sexual Abuse.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Eyman.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
