Inmate Death Notification – David Middlemas

PHOENIX (Thursday, December 01, 2022) – Inmate David Middlemas, 80, ADCRR #250219, died on December 01, 2022 at ASPC-Phoenix.

Inmate Middlemas was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2010 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Phoenix.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
