TUCSON (January 19, 2025) – Inmate Cecil Massey, 75, ADCRR #070325, died on January 19, 2025, at ASPC-Tucson.

Inmate Massey was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2015 after being sentenced out of Graham County for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Furnishing Harmful Items to Minors, and a Marijuana Violation.

Their assigned housing location was ASPC-Tucson.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
