Inmate Death Notification – Carlos Flores

BUCKEYE (Friday, August 23, 2024) – Inmate Carlos Flores, 47, ADCRR #292459, died on August 23, 2024 at ASPC-Lewis.

Inmate Flores was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2014 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Attempted First-Degree Murder.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Lewis.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
