Inmate Death Notification – Carlos Diaz

TUCSON (Monday, November 27, 2023) – Inmate Carlos Diaz, 71, ADCRR #326479, died on November 27, 2023 at Banner – University Medical Center South.

Inmate Diaz was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2018 after he was sentenced out of Cochise County for Attempt To Commit Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Tucson.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
