ADCRR Inmate Phone System Update (09.30.24)
ADCRR is pleased to share that the Department is finalizing the transition from its current provider of inmate phone services, IC Solutions, to Securus Technologies.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Since IC Solutions will no longer be the phone provider, phone minutes for IC Solutions accounts will no longer be available for purchase effective August 31, 2024.
Currently, friends, family and loved ones may purchase minutes by adding money to an incarcerated individual’s Securus AdvanceConnect account: https://securustech.net/phone-
IMPORTANT NOTE ON UNUSED PHONE FUNDS
All phone time that is unused on the IC Solutions platform as of October 01, 2024, will be transferred to the new Securus system. The remaining phone time is expected to be available in the Securus phone system no later than November 01, 2024.
For questions or concerns about refunds with an IC Solutions account, friends and family should call or email IC Solutions Customer Care Representatives 24-hours-a-day at 1-888-506-8407 and [email protected].

ADCRR has taken steps to ensure that all telephone numbers on the do not call list are transferred to the Securus AdvanceConnect system used on the incarcerated individual tablets.
