GOODYEAR (Friday, January 20, 2023) – Inmate Valerie West, 64, ADCRR #355077, died on January 20, 2023 at Abrazo West Campus.

Inmate West was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2022 after she was sentenced out of Pima County for Leaving The Scene Of An Accident Resulting In Any Injury.

Her assigned housing location was ASPC-Perryville.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
