BUCKEYE (Thursday, December 01, 2022) – Inmate Richard Chastain 65, ADCRR #054837, died on December 01, 2022 at ASPC-Lewis.

Inmate Chastain was admitted to ADCRR custody in 1985 after he was sentenced out of Mohave County for First Degree Murder.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Lewis.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
