Inmate Death Notification – Norma Kay

TUCSON (Friday, December 16, 2022) – Inmate Norma Kay, 80, ADCRR #336829, died on December 16, 2022 at Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital.

Inmate Kay was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2019 after he was sentenced out of Pinal County for Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Tucson.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
