TUCSON (Saturday, December 28, 2022) – Inmate Lowell Rhodes, 65, ADCRR #334758, died on December 28, 2022 at Banner-University Medical Center South.

Inmate Rhodes was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2019 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Manslaughter.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Tucson.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
