Inmate Death Notification – Carlos Monterroso-Lopez

TUCSON (Wednesday, December 21, 2022) – Inmate Carlos Monterroso-Lopez, 61, ADCRR #253349, died on December 21, 2022 at Banner University Medical Center.

Inmate Monterroso-Lopez was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2010 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Kidnapping.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Tucson.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
