Inmate Death Notification – Benny Garcia

FLORENCE (Friday, December 23, 2022) – Inmate Benny Garcia, 41, ADCRR #340045, died on December 23, 2022 at Florence Hospital.

Inmate Garcia was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2019 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Armed Robbery.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Eyman.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
