PHOENIX (Monday, March 13, 2023) – Inmate Richard Valles, 72, ADCRR #134503, died on March 13, 2023 at ASPC-Phoenix.

Inmate Valles was admitted to ADCRR custody in 1998 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Molestation of a Child.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Phoenix.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
