Inmate Death Notification – Max Ogas

FLORENCE (Friday, March 17, 2023) – Inmate Max Ogas, 54, ADCRR #120682, died on March 17, 2023 at ASPC-Eyman.

Inmate Ogas was admitted to ADCRR custody in 1996 after he was sentenced out of Coconino County for Second Degree Burglary, Kidnapping, and First Degree Murder as well as a sentence for Third Degree Burglary out of Maricopa County.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Eyman.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
