Inmate Death Notification – Danny Simpkins

PHOENIX (Friday, March 10, 2023) – Inmate Danny Simpkins, 72, ADCRR #094283, died on March 10, 2023 at ASPC-Phoenix.

Inmate Simpkins was admitted to ADCRR custody in 1992 after he was sentenced out of Yavapai County for Sexual Conduct With A Minor, Attempt To Commit Molestation Of A Child, and Attempt To Commit Sexual Abuse.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Phoenix.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
