Welcome to Education, Programs, and Community Reentry (EPCR). As a unified and dynamic team, EPCR creates progression strategies for our incarcerated population and works to ensure that a strong continuity of care is in place across the ADCRR's complexes and in partnership with Arizona communities.

The EPCR Division oversees the education, program services, and community reentry services offered to our inmate population. EPCR's focus is to ensure that incarcerated individuals receive evidence-based support programs and quality education opportunities geared toward their individual needs, with the ultimate goal of steering them toward success upon reentry back into our communities
