Tara Diaz, Deputy Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry (ADCRR) has over 30 years of correctional experience. Ms. Diaz began her career with the Department in 1990 as a Correctional Officer.  She has served the Department in positions of increasing responsibility, including Warden, Regional Director, and Assistant Director.  

Deputy Director Diaz holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Corrections from Rio Salado College, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University.
