Inmate Death Notification – John Swift

PHOENIX (Wednesday, September 20, 2023) – Inmate John Swift, 63, ADCRR #056641, died on September 20, 2023 at Banner- University Medical Center Phoenix.

Inmate Swift was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2021 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Failure to Register As a Sex Offender.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Phoenix.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
