SECC Contributions

State Employees Charitable Campaign

We are two weeks into the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) and the response has been amazing! Thank you to those that have already made your pledge – your support has already put us ahead of previous years at this time. To those that are still on the fence…We need your help!

In the great words of self-made multi-millionaire Percy Ross, who gave away more than 30 million dollars through his column “Thanks a Million” – “Many drops make a bucket, many buckets make a pond, many ponds make a lake, and many lakes make an ocean.”

Don’t think you can’t make a difference- you are part of the State of Arizona team, 34,000 strong and together we can make our buckets and buckets of impact for charities!

Prizes are still being given away weekly and there are more to win! Remember, this is your pledge for 2016 withdrawals from your paycheck- so plan ahead to make a difference.

Last year state employees gave more than $582,000 to meet critical needs of nonprofits through both small and large donations.  For as little as $2 per paycheck- that is $52 annually or 14 cents a day- contributing to the SECC is your investment in the lives of your neighbors and your community through the 485 nonprofits from which you have to choose--charities that focus on a variety of topics such as health and wellness, education, clean water and air, service animals, children, hunger and conservation, just to name a few. Whether your contribution is through a payroll deduction or a one-time donation, there is no better way to help so many people in need!
