New Electronic Payments Policy
NOTICE
Effective February 17, 2022 the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) will no longer accept checks, money orders, or cashier's checks for deposit to an inmate's account at any of the Arizona State Complexes. This change includes VA Comp, stimulus checks, IRS checks, retirement checks, any type of government check, and per capita checks from the Indian Nations.
Checks received from a business or government entity after the effective date will be forwarded to the Central Office for deposit, and the Inmate Trust Section will send a notice to the sender making them aware of the change in address.
Checks received from anyone other than a business or government entity after the effective date will be returned to sender with a notice stating the correct address where funds should be sent.
To prevent delays in receiving your funds you must notify all parties regarding the change of address.
All payments to inmates must go to the following address:

All checks or money orders sent to the address shall include the following information:
- Inmate's First and Last Name
- Inmate's ADC number
