Inmate Death Notification – Jesse Alejandro

FLORENCE (April 16, 2025) – Inmate Jesse Alejandro, 40, ADCRR #173111, died on April 15 2025, at ASPC-Eyman.

Prison staff discovered inmate Alejandro unresponsive in his housing unit on April 15, 2025. Responding paramedics, in consultation with medical staff, pronounced inmate Alejandro deceased. 

Inmate Alejandro was most recently admitted to ADCRR custody in 2009 after being sentenced out of Maricopa County for First Degree Murder, Armed Robbery, and Promoting Prison Contraband.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Eyman.

Due to the nature of inmate Alejandro’s death, an investigation is currently being conducted by ADCRR’s Office of the Inspector General. More information will be shared as it becomes available. All inmate deaths are also investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
